Single screw pump is an important fluid conveying equipment. Xinglong single screw pump is a kind of positive displacement pump, through the meshing pairs (stator and rotor) between the closed formation of a certain geometry cavity to transport liquid. The material of pump overflow parts is determined according to the specific characteristics of fluid materials transported.

Vertical single screw pump generally adopts direct connection structure (Note: cast iron bearing seat can also be used in the case of vertical high pressure transmission). The intermediate shaft and two universal joint components are connected and fixed to transmit power from the drive shaft to the rotor pair. The transmission shaft of the pump is connected with the reduction motor, which has enough strength to bear the torque and axial force produced by the rotor in the working process. Pump rotating parts can be made of various materials such as matching steel, tool steel, stainless steel 304 / 316, duplex stainless steel, etc., with strong structural bearing capacity and good rigidity. Vertical single screw pump is usually used in empty barrel, container, tank, sedimentation tank, foundation pit, etc. or in very low NPSH condition.
