Brief introduction

Twin screw pump is an important fluid conveying equipment. Xinglong twin-screw pump is a positive displacement pump. The liquid is transported through a certain geometry cavity formed by sealing between the mating pairs (spiral sleeve and bushing). The spiral sleeves do not contact each other, so it has strong anti cavitation ability and can withstand dry operation within a certain time range. The material of pump overflow parts is determined according to the specific characteristics of the fluid materials transported.

The universal single suction twin-screw pump adopts a cantilever structure with a single supporting shaft, the driving shaft and the driven shaft are assembled in the bearing seat, and the screw sleeve is fixed on the open side of the shaft. The liquid enters the pump cavity through the inlet, and then enters the meshing cavity of the spiral sleeve. With the rotation of the screw, the liquid is stably delivered to the outlet. Its low pulsation characteristics and excellent solid handling capacity reduce the risk of product damage, thus improving product quality, convenient maintenance and increasing the normal operation time of the system.
